My biggest issue is consistency. I love the turkey, egg, and swiss croissant but it's about a 50/50 chance that they'll even have croissants. I just ordered and the swiss was forgotten this wasn't the first time this has occurred. It's a part of the menu item so why it's missing is beyond me. I live nearby which is why I visit often but for the price I wish the consistency and service was better. We were asked 4 times what our order was by different people after I already paid and still didn't receive my order correctly.
