How did I forget to review this place?!! The food was amazing! I had a veggie sub which wasn't on menu but my fellow vegetarians they have delish veggie subs (just ask)!! Hot grilled veggies with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes on a toasted bun. Very fresh ingredients and served hot. Fries were seasoned , crispy and oh sooooo good. As soon as I walked in was greeted. Prices are competitive with other sub/wing type places. My co workers come here all the time for the wings and that's y I gave them a try. My co worker said they have subs. Glad I tried them for myself. I will be back this week!

This place is awesome & quick. The food always fresh and on point. The manager was great came inside with a crowd of kids & he blessed me. I will return like always. The cashier is also a sweet person.

Chicken Philly
We went here for lunch on a Saturday in December. The food was plentiful, hot, fresh and served with a smile. We enjoyed the hot honey wings and fries also. The business seemed to be clean and well managed. We are most likely going to return and now know that the portions are big enough to split. We want to try one of their shakes also.

I was beyond excited to find out we were getting at Charlie's in Pinellas park! I always had to go to the mall to enjoy a steak sub from them! Beside the best steaks in town they're french fries are awesome also! The place is kept nice and clean and brightly lit! The associates are very pleasant!

Good customer service. Labrador and efficiency in attention is what characterizes its workers. What to say about food, I think that the diet contains the necessary nutrients for good nutrition. I recommend them 100%.

Update: the owner reached out to me immediate and apologized. He also invited us to come back and offered to compt our next meal and ensure the food will be cooked properly. He was very humble and apologetic which should have have the correct response. We are not sure we will be back, but we appreciate his response versus his obnoxious employees. It pains me to see hardworking owners who has to compromised with horrible employees.

Our family came to eat today. My kids were eating the boneless chicken wings. I was helping my toddler by cutting up his chicken and noticed it was raw! I told the worker about it, and they yelled at me "you won't get a free chicken because you already ate half of it". I never mentioned getting anything free. I told them so they knew about it. It was extremely rude and inappropriate of a response! An apology would have been appropriate. It was our first time and definitely be our last! They said the manager isn't available. None of the workers said they will eat the food there. I guess that speaks for this business. Beware eating here!

I walked in the restaurant to wash my hands before ordering food. They shouted No to me. The bathroom was full. I told them that I was going to order food. Which I really was but after treatment. I decided not to a left. Bad treatment to customer.

The employees are always so welcoming and polite, and they make sure my order is 100% accurate every time we visit. They keep the restaurant very clean and the food is always made fresh to order. Outstanding customer service- Keep up the wonderful atmosphere and yummy food. We are lifetime customers!!

Classic Cheesesteak
Ok let’s start off by saying that I absolutely love their food. I always spend over $65 here every time. But today I was in a rush so I made an online order. I had items missing so I decided to call the store and just ask for them to make my sauces so I can come pick it up and while I am on the phone, a young woman had said I don’t care and hung up on me. I do not understand if the employees were having a bad day, but at the same time that does not give a good reason to be disrespectful like that. I tip them every time even more than expected and for the attitude yes it was uncalled for. The two youngest kids working at 6 PM. Tonight were unbelievably disrespectful and rude. If it wasn’t for Dan, I would’ve requested a refund sad to say I will not be wasting my money at this Charley’s again just because of these employees. 12/19/2023 @ 6:09

Absolute worst. Came here and ordered 2 old school fries with extra meat. The staff didn't know what we were talking about. Even though there was a sign that showed them and up on their menu it's listed with price of $4.99 with $2 charge for extra meat. Anyway they had to call their manager because it wasn't in their system ring up. Got our food and it was a lil meat with squirted on cheese. Will never come back to this Charleys
