Wonderful experience. I feel like you don't expect much when you go to the mall but this restaurant far FAR exceeds expectations. My cashier was Demarris (so my receipt tells me) and she was amazing, engaging, funny. Everything you want when you go to a restaurant. Even if the food wasn't great, I would still go back for how well she treated my wife and myself. The food was amazing. The experience was on-point. 5 Stars from me and every time I come to the mall, I will come back.

Way overpriced for sandwich and a drink that wasn’t made well done. Mine had freezer burn on it. The best thing was the lemonade. I’ll probably never go back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I tried Charley's for the first time and I truly enjoyed it. Upfront, the fries were just okay, but the cheese steak was much more delicious than I'd originally expected. The flavors work well together and the beef was tasty. I'd compare it to other notable sandwich chains. For some, I'd rank it even higher. The ordering process was pretty standard and the wait time was decent. Love the extra large strawberry lemonade!

Hands down the best sandwich I’ve ever had! Not only were the cheesesteak and strawberry lemonade on point, but the customer service was also spot on and flawless. Despite the long line of customers, my order came out quickly. All of the employees were friendly and professional, but special shoutout to Harry and Ryan! Definitely coming back for more as I’m now a Charley’s fan!
