I've been going here since I have been a kid and have known Bobby the owner since then too. It's what you expect from a burger place, perfect place to get some food if you are hung over or if you just want to enjoy a good burger or other options. Fries are delicious and the service is quick. The menu is big and everything has always been good. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!! I can't believe what happened at this place! Seriously, it's like they've lost all sense of quality and service. My wife and I have been loyal customers, but today was a disaster. We always order the BBQ ribs, and every time before that is exactly what we were served and they were spot on. But not today. What we got was a joke – some sad excuse for sliced pork steak masquerading as "boneless ribs" WITHOUT ANYONE TELLING US THEY CHANGED WHAT THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY SOLD! And to add insult to injury, we paid a whopping $40 for that disappointment! We specifically asked for the sauce on the side, just like we've done in the past. But this time, they decided to put the sauce it into this tiny cup that wouldn't even cover a quarter of the meat they served us. I know times are tough for everyone, so we tried to roll with it, but when I asked for extra sauce, they had the nerve to tell me I'd have to pay extra. Are you kidding me? I had to explain to them that the measly cup they gave us wouldn't even come close to covering the mess they served up. And don't even get me started on the attitude of the staff. They were downright combative! One of the cooks had the audacity to shout, "What do you expect me to do, bro?" Um, I expect you to do your job and serve the food we ordered and not completely rip us off. I expected to be treated with some basic level of respect and common sense. But no, instead, we got yelled at and served garbage. And to top it all off, my wife left a generous tip at the register before we even got our food – a decision we both regretted deeply. The service was fine. There was nothing I can think of that was bad about it. The food was absolutely amazing. The burger meat tasted great and the buns were also soft and flavorful along with the cheese. The fries were pretty good, but are nothing out of the ordinary. The atmosphere was cool.
