I cannot recommend Chan's for take out. I have now eaten there a half dozen times and the food is always delicious and ready fast. Most importantly, the owners are amazing. They are very sweet and make it that much better as you get such a friendly atmosphere. So glad we have a good place nearby now for Chinese.

I ordered the chicken and broccoli and chicken on a stick. The food was incredibly flavorful and fresh. A new favorite!

Easy to pick up. Nice person behind the counter.
The scallion pancakes were great.
The wings were great and not as greasy as other places.
The duck was good, drier and not as greasy, but not my favorite duck.
Egg drop soup was normal and good.
The mapo tofu was good, though not my favorite.
The sweet and sour chicken was great, nice and simple fried breaded chicken.
The dumplings were good. My family said it was kinda like soup dumplings, like other reviewers have said. I didn't detect that though.
Overall, I will definitely order from there again. If I'm looking solely for mapo tofu, I'd prefer from somewhere else. But I wouldn't object to any of their food.

Chan's Kitchen is the best Chinese food in the area! Not only is the food amazing, but the staff are some of the best people/restaurant owners I've met. Fresh food made to order, none of that frozen Sysco foods, they're the real deal.

This is the most unassuming storefront with no tables (takeout/delivery only), but this is the best takeout Americanized-Chinese (dumplings, beef with broccoli, general gao's, etc.) in the Fairfax/Vienna/Tysons area. It's comparably priced to other Chinese takeout restaurants, but has very large portions and you can tell the food is made fresh with high quality ingredients.
