Nice cold beers, pool table, live band, plus about 12 ladies to keep you entertained.highly recommend this place. Just off 2 ND road Jomtien.

Had a lot of good nights in Chang bar, all staff male and female are great. Even when im very drunk (not that often), the girls make sure I get home ok. Lots of nice people from various countries all get along playing pool bring us together.
