I had the Orange Beef which is something I normally wouldn't order but it was recommended. It was amazing. The orange flavor was not some artificial flavoring, it was real orange zest and was not overpowering or bitter like some zest can be. I really don't know how they did it because you could see the actual pieces of orange peel but it was soft and blended in perfectly with the beef and sauce. My wife had phad Thai and it was some of the best we've ever had. The food took some time to get out but it was worth the wait. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
Our server was very welcoming, helpful, and kind. Loved the freshly made food & we'll be back for more! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes Egg Drop Soup
Best fried rice in the valley! Add beef and make it 2 spicy to really enhance flavor! Wonton soup is delish. Mongolian beef is another go to! Amazing food. Great service. We love ordering from Chans! This restaurant is tucked into a strip mall. I have heard good things and gave it a try. Friendly waitress and took ordered quickly. I could hear the chopping of ingredients and food sizzling in the pan. I had yakisoba noodles with chicken and fresh veggies. Hubbs had Chan's chow mein Both were good. I did feel portion were on the small side.
I ordered take out yesterday. I was told 25 mins. I got there the food was not done. There was no one sitting in the restaurant. I looked up how much the food will be. When I called my order in I was never told pricing. I got there had to wait an extra 10 mins. I got a shock that the price was $80. I asked for a to go menu and was told that the prices had changed. So the menu price was wrong online. I thought it would be $60 and that's why my food was $80. I got home and the food was horrible. The pot stickers were different and tastes old as well as the fried rice, orange chicken. If you want sub par Chinese food this is your place. If you want great food go somewhere else. Good lunch special during weekdays 11am-3pm $8.99 for 1 entree, fried rice, one spring roll, and egg drop soup. Entree options include Orange chicken, noodles, etc. The fried rice isn't very flavorful but the rest was good.
Average, causal and more expensive than Panda Express. Not much decor… serving sizes modest. Heavy batter to meat ratio on deep frying… Menu doesn’t offer combinations, so it’s 1 item entree with maybe a 3/4 cup of rice for 19.00. Prices have increased about 2.00 per entree. Seating is limited about 8 tables - booths are available. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I had recently arrived in Spokane (Go Zags!) and was looking for some nice takeaway. I noticed that Spokane was far more limited for Asian food options of all types and genesis and so I set out looking for a new spot. In coming across the Facebook page of the Bistro I saw they were struggling due to the pandemic. Many of my own favorite places in my home town faced the same struggles and it unfortunately did kill some of the businesses. I had trouble accessing the online menu due to an error with the SquareSpace app they use to host their website. When I called in the lady behind the counter was able to give me some great recommendations. Almond Chicken - The almond chicken was my main entree. The price for amount of food was really good. The chicken had a really nice flavor and the sauce added to it without being too much. I had anticipated leftovers, but it was too good. Fried Potstickers - The fried potstickers we’re good, but likely suffered in quality due to me waiting to eat. If you’re ordering to go and have less than 15 minutes to travel - this is a good option! Steamed Potstickers - The steamed potstickers have the same nice filling, but lose less of their texture due to time and moisture. Wonderful dumplings with a nice sauce. Chow Mein - Good chow mein - not much more to say about it. Thai Tea - My Thai tea was nice and definitely fresh. It wasn’t quite as strong as I personally prefer it, but was still good. If you’re new to Spokane or are just looking for a decent Chinese bistro I think this is your place. Need an excuse to eat out? Not only do these local businesses suffer due to the pandemic, but by patronizing them we help circulate money in our local communities this contributing to the health of Spokane! I had been looking for a new Asian restaurant and ran across Chan Bistro, which I chose for my birthday dinner. The food was GREAT!! Julie, our server, was a delight, very upbeat and helpful, even lending me her arm when I worried that the restroom might be a bit too far for me to handle on my own, due to some physical disabilities. Thank goodness we've found a new place to satisfy our oriental taste buds! We will definitely go back!! Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
