Worth the price! Staff were super attentive and very professional the facility was spotless and organized but truthfully it's all about the food and did they deliver. My queen Revonna and I went here for Valentine's Day. I was hoping it was not going to be packed, but apparently, many other people had the same aspiration. It was my first time enjoying a meal like this so it was definitely noteworthy and I'm glad I was enjoying it with my other half! She said her favorite meats were the ribs and her favorite side was the spinach with strawberries. I favored the filet mignon with bacon and the zucchini. The Guaranta (however it is spelled) is the beverage that was recommended if we weren't planning on drinking alcohol. It was great. The only complaint, and it is petty, is the server or whatever was very forgetful. Being my first time in Texas but not my first time in a Brazilian steakhouse I was very impressed and satisfied. I tried all of the meats they offer when coming around to your table and every piece was juicy, fulfilling and delicious. The service you receive from each server they make you feel like part of their family especially the manager David. He was a little taken back but very impressed that I knew what guarana was when taking my drink order. He even made a special request to the kitchen when I asked about one of my favorite Brazilian side dishes. Little did he know that my birthday was in a few days & he truthfully gave me the best early birthday present a girl could ask for. I am a manger myself and to see him so hands on with everything/everyone, checking on all of his customers consistently, going over and beyond for all his customers and being so proactive on the floor was a pleasure to see. He cares about his customers and he especially showed his care for his employees as well. From beginning to end I honestly have nothing but good things to say. Great food. Great service. I've been here in the past and usually have only great things to say but they really came up short for my wife's birthday party. I booked the large, private room, that was supposed to provide us a server just for our room, and the selection of meat was supposed to be easily accessible. First off the room was ice cold. We had a cold front come in but the rest of the restaurant was warm, that room was freezing. No matter how the thermostat is adjusted, it never climbed over 62 degrees. Our server, though he did his best, was serving other tables outside of our room, as well as the other 2 rooms which is contrary to what was promised. Doing this caused him to forget to bring us originally ordered drinks, refills, etc. We had to ask when the meat was coming several times, and for 14 people waiting to try different meats that never or hardly came, it was very frustrating. The lack of heat caused us to attempt to let the curtains down to attempt to block the cold air to no avail. Finally the straw that broke the camels back was they brought us a personal space heater about 10 minutes before we left. We were there 3 hours. So while we made the most of the night, we were gravely underserved and paid way too much for what we received.
