I'm totally immersed in the Christmas vibes, feeling like I'm eating my Christmas feast somewhere in Switzerland. Their food is considered big portions and mainly served traditional Swiss food. I would recommend their crab cake rosti (a soup) with bread as it is delicious and fresh, if you drink alone you might taste a bit salty. Would recommend their lamb chop de vinzel with medium well, just right, not too hard and bloody. My personal opinion is that if the lamb chops are served without batter, it will taste better. They will serve you bread with garlic oil + butter for free as your appetizer. First, The chicken cordon bleu is nothing special it is RM 48 but the mushrooms sause is same as those you ate in hawker center and the fries is obviously frozen for this price range it was dissapointed. We ordered medium rare for the lamb it taste great and soft, there are a layer of cheese that is a bit sour but overall it taste great, It cost RM78 which are expected but I can have the same delicious lamb at Ole-Ole Bali for only Rm 38. So in conclusion the food is obviously not worth the money, but the atmosphere is great there are singer and the decorations are nice , so if you want to have some wine and chill at the evening it's recomanded to visit . I didn't order any beef maybe steak is their signature. The food doesn't meet my expectations so sadly I won't visit again.(Since the owner think it's fine to have frozen fries and canned mushroom sause for this price range. Besides, they can't tolerate comparism so three stars will do.) Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 60–80 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Good food. Cozy restaurant. Food tastes good and authentic. Portions are ok but slightly expensive. A number of mosquito were wandering on the upper floor on different visits. Would be great if some measures were taken. Staffs are attentive. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 40–60 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Definitely a must try if you love Swiss food or just want to try it out. Atmosphere and ambiance is spot on. Food is great and authentic, service is good too. It's great if you love cheese as they have really good cheese raclette and fondue, not to mention veal as well. Do make a reservation in advance as they're usually fully booked and goes to show it's a popular place for foodies. Tried out this place with my love after seeing lots of good reviews on this restaurant. The ambiance is special and very homey. Staffs are friendly and thoughtful. Although we just ordered one “Shrimp Biscue with Crab Meat” to share before our mains, they were so thoughtful by serving us the soup separately in two bowls for us to enjoy. The food are delicious and cooked with love, just like home cooked food to us. I love the escargot the most. We enjoyed our dinner after a tiring workday. Worth our journey to travel over to try. Authentic Swiss food at its best, can’t get any better anywhere in Malaysia. My lamb chops were tender and the shrimp bisque was one of the best I ever had. Staff was attentive to change my plates and cutlery after every course. Would visit again! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 60–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Went there for the cheese fondue. I'm a French food lover who's been living in Australia and travelling extensively for the past 10years. So I'm always on the lookout for anything creamy, buttery or cheesy, and have been disappointed many times. Chalet Suisse was the nicest surprise! Such a random restaurant for KL and the area. For a few hours we thought we were in the Alps and it was snowing out, Christmas music and all. The service was excellent, loved the little attentions like dividing the soup in two for us to share. The fondue tasted just like home, everything was delicious and portions were perfect. A true Suiss experience. Very well priced (similar to what you'd pay in Europe, but considering that cheese is imported, it's impressive. Also way cheaper than Australia) Will definitely go back next time I'm in KL Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 100–120 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Cheese Fondue
Visited here for my birthday, the staff decorated our table beautifully. Restaurant has an authentic Swiss mountain chalet vibe. The staff and the Swiss owner were very friendly (not forgetting the giant cow at the entrance!) We had the raclette (delicious but small portion), escargots (very good), cheese fondue (huge portion meant for 2 but really would be suitable for 4) and the Cowboy steak. The fondue was delicious but a bit heady and heavy on the white wine. Had some surprise garlic cloves at the bottom of our pot. I appreciated the piece of Birthday cake and ice cream from the restaurant. Thank you and will visit again. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

The shrimp crab meet soup is tasty. The escargots are so so only. However the Chicken cordon bleu and Chicken piccata luganese taste terrible. Can feel the fishy smell of the chicken. And the restaurant full of unpleasant smell. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 160–180 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Advise to make a reservation before your visit as its packed with diners on a Saturday night. They have to turn down customers as they are full house and cannot accommodate more. The food was made by fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly. Taste amazing!! Friendly service and boss! Will definitely come again 😊 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person RM 100–120 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
