The place surprised us. Good music and amazing food. The Pelmeni soup was tasty, and the Solyanka was superb. The main course Plov was the better in the town! And we tried 4 different places. It was not oily, and the meat was perfect cooked. The beef ribs were soft and juice. I recommend it as a couple dinner place.

Wow! Absolutely beautiful place. It's got warm cosy environment, very welcoming. The staff is super nice and food again is made to perfection. Special shoutout to the violinist🎶🎻 who played live music , setting the perfect mood. I loved it and gonna visit them again 😁🤩

Most of the food was delicious, just stick to the more local dishes I'd say as they were better than the European ones in our opinion. We had all of the shashliks and they were all equally as good. Fresh salad was lovely too.
Service was good most of the time too even though it became rather busy at some point.

I ordered a draft beer and Lagman when I first arrived, and I made it clear that I wanted the beer to be brought quickly. However, even after waiting for 10 minutes, there was no sign of the beer.
I noticed a staff member sitting near the beer tap at the bar counter, looking idle, so I hurriedly asked him to bring the beer, thinking he might not have understood English. Still, the staff inside the counter remained motionless.
Another 5 minutes passed without any change, and as I was wondering about the situation, he finally started moving, and the beer arrived.
The beer was cold and tasted decent.
Subsequently, it took an additional 15 minutes for the Lagman to be served.
During this time, I had thought about ordering another beer, but fearing it might take too long, I refrained from doing so.
There were only two other groups of customers besides me in the restaurant, and there were only three staff members in total – one behind the counter and two in the hall.
Frankly, it didn't make sense.
At the time of payment, I noticed that a 15% service charge was already included in the bill lol
I won't visit this place again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Came here by recommendation by other user’s feedback. We entered the restaurant quite early so not many tables were used. At first the waiter didn’t take notice of us - but this changed. The service was excellent, the meals - we had plov, manti and pizza - was probably the most delicious in Bukhara. We also had a hookah which was quite good as well. Came here the second day which intensified the first impressions!

Ужинали здесь дважды из трех дней, это показатель для нас. Очень душевное, атмосферное место. Столики стоят свободно, никто друг другу не мешает, сидеть комфортно, на террасе работает система охлаждения. Заказывали плов, шашлык, десерты, марокканский чай, кофе. Все очень вкусно, блюда красиво сервированы. Замечательные официанты, у нас были Фируз и Фил. Чувствовали все время их заботу и внимание. Мы искали в Бухаре национальную кухню в красивом интерьере. И мы ее нашли в Chalet! Спасибо всему персоналу. Встретимся через несколько месяцев!

food was ok, not the best. but price range is bit higher than ozbek standard but you know its fancy looking place and unlike other fancy competitors around this place they make me able to ‘order’ and you should understand this is huge positive points among all these tourist traps. what i really want to saying is if you stayed around old bukhara area just go to places less fancy, less tourists especially group tourists. than you will get your service properly.

Еда вкусная и свежая, меню удобное и в меру большое. Хороша как местная так и средиземноморская кухня, выбор десертов и отменные чаи.
Локация зеленая и уютная, а во дворике очаровательные ухоженные щенки. Был с мамой, мы ставим 10/10.🌈
