This was one of the most well decorated milk tea shop for me. It was quite comfortable to sit here and chat with friends with their milk tea. But for me, their milk tea was kind of overrated and overpriced.
I had their Jasmine Green Milk Tea, which was just okay only. Tasted like regular Jasmine tea with milk, but in a fancy designed paper cup.

Newly open milk tea shop in kulim. Today was first opening day and lucky to get a lipstick from the gift.
Always the better choice for milk tea with fragrance

Finally Chagee in Kulim! I am a fan! All their tea is so distinctive in taste and by far by Jasmine green milk tea and Watermelon Jasmine Tea (with cheese) . Recommended! 🥰🥤❤️

Poor service and system. Visited on 7 Oct, the orders were prepared not in sequence. Customers that ordered after me can get 30 minutes earlier than me and some others before me, and the staffs themselves told me they skipped some orders. They only prepared my order after I had to repeatedly ask them why the numbers after my order get their drink first. Some people that queue before me never got their drink even after I left.

Slow serving time although there's no customer, bad attitude. Bought 2 cups and requested for an extra recycle bag as to put separately, but they refused?? should improve in terms of attitude and the beverage's taste.

Didn't put any signboard of no outside food allow inside , u guys only sell beverages,but not allow customer to bring outside food or dessert to dine in , i already ordered chagee beverage why can't i had my own food inside if there are no snacks or food option in chagee??? And i get feedback from my friends, there are option we as customer can require cold beverage without ice,but chagee kulim worker said that they can't do that

Very bad service!!! Had been waited for almost 30mins. The ordered board didn't update, and the staff just packed and put on the counter. Didn't even bother to call up the number. When i showed the staff my number, she didn't even check and ignored me.

Staffs work in slow motion even though there are a lot of orders. They seems do not care about people waiting even choosing for pick up, there is still long queue.
