This place is kinda special in terms of how you get served The place is owned by a very disciplined, traditional, and conservative chef The reasons why he opens the snack are not for money or materialistic reasons. In my opinion, he runs the place because he truly enjoys the people he serves and what he does As a result he tries his best not to make this feel like a job He does not have a fixed opening and closing schedule The customer does not know best His a father figure first then a chef/cook And when he's open you can't be sure if there's everything on the menu Also you have to go in respectfully and wait your turn respectfully and always keep your manners in order If you decide to get on the wrong foot, the guy never forgets and he could stop serving you for life unconditionally and it has happened a few times If you go through all that then you would probably have the best food you will ever taste no matter what it is you get You can't order on the phone or tell someone to get it for you You need to go yourself and order it Great food comes with conditions and you have to earn it Please keep these in mind if you plan to pass by

Definitely a place to visit if you are hungry at night and around. It is like the 5 star snack of the region. Remarkably clean and delicious. The issue is that it is unclear when it opens.
