Back Door Cucina is a really amazing well kept secret...a Ghost Restaurant with 5 Star food! I had the Vegan Lasagna and it was so delicious! You cannot tell this is Vegan. Homemade Vegan Pasta and Cashew Ricotta. Fresh mushrooms and eggplant and that amazing tomato sauce. It was a perfect portion and soooo satisfying. Go there. Order this weekend!
