Honestly, Iv never been to CAVA it was my first time. All I can say is I have switch over to CAVA instead of chipotle TODAY!!! The experience I had at the specific store made me believe in humanity again. First off we are greeted with such Nice smiles! Second they accommodated to our needs. They don’t seem to have spoons, which is understandable, but I brought a 1 1/2 year old with me so we know how those toddlers and forks are. These people literally took the time to go to the back find a spoon AND WASH IT AND BRING IT OUT !! I was in AWHHH!! Like the customer service was *MUAH* CHEFS KISS! Hands down yall keep doing what yall are doing!!
