I used to come here a lot, however I noticed their way of service changed. I placed my order for a egg ham and cheese sandwich but I counted at least 5 orders delivered from people who had ordered after me, and they were not particularly small orders and some were for families. After asking why they served them first they said that their orders were simpler than mine… one of these orders was for 3 pastrami sandwiches. Overall I waited 30 minutes for my order, got no apologies, no thank you for coming, no nothing, she just placed my sandwich to go on the counter and left.

Since new ownership service has been awful , quality of service has gone down a lot. I can understand prices has gone up but the quality and quantity can't go down.

The pastries are delicious and very beautiful. The bread, sandwiches and coffee are awesome The breakfast on the other hand, was bland. The french toast was too soft and wet before adding maple syrup.

Very clean and good size place. It has a little cozy room with couches and games for kids to play. The lady that took our order was very friendly.

No sense of urgency, the lady(don't know if is the supervisor or the owner) seems not to care of clients opinion when a concern its brought out. Need to boost their customer service, great place with potential but this new administration seems not to care.
