I worked here for barely over two years and I was exclusively in the kitchen . (Sep 2021 - Dec 2023) I miss everyone I worked with and a lot of the locals and customers. I ended up working night pizza shift every weekend for a year straight. Holy cow was it rough for me. Some nights were so busy that it was near impossible to take orders and cook at the same time, but I always tried super hard to get the job done. Some people like Darla (from another review) don't understand that, and they just want food NOW. I was the one that let her down, but the way she misunderstood and treated us that night really upset me. Bad days can happen and sometimes nothing will make it better. Mistakes will happen and some people need to learn to accept them. The store NEEDS to be treated better by corporate. There's not much in this town and the locals love this place. Even though I often had someone else in the kitchen working prep shift, they couldn't help enough or at all. I felt like there needs to be at least three people working at all times rather than two. My managers and coworkers were very supportive. I've had a few times I was overworked by customers and someone would get would get mad which would upset me, so I would call manager Kendra to let her know how badly things were going and how bad I felt. I wanted to run away from the store on nights like those, but talking to her helped big time and I never gave up. Thanks for the job. ;)

Very disappointed. We order a pizza by phone. Unfortunately, we didn't check it until we got home and people started eating. It was completely wrong and overbaked. Will never order food from this location again!! Other caseys have always been good. Stay away from the Alden one.
