Stopped in this morning at about 5:10 a.m. and got do you wear service I could have possibly had this early in the morning. Ask for a particular brand of cigarette and was told very abruptly that if it's not on the Shelf they don't have it. I guess she forgot about all the cartons underneath the display. However I did enjoy watching her square and she struggled to ring up my purchase. All I can say is bad training, bad attitude, bad all around. My advice is to skip Albany and stop either in Bethany or Stanberry they're much nicer. The stores are much cleaner. So far I've not had a bad experience with either of those two. And all I can say to you Casey's is do a better job in your hiring process please. That little blonde girl does not have any place working in customer service if she can't even properly wear name tag.

The service that I received was terrible. Coming from someone who works at Casey’s, I could never imagine speaking to any customer that way. the employee told me I was going to have to wait for a wrap because they were just too busy. He also said “it’s a Friday night and you’re seriously coming in for a wrap” he then came over and told me I’m lucky he has a few minutes. he threw together an unappealing wrap with very little toppings on it and walked away. he said and acted like this right in front of the kitchen manager and she never said a word.
Bought a couple of cheese breadsticks as usual online. And paid for them. The website had an error and charged me for the breadsticks while not going through that I ordered anything. So I was never given the food that I purchased. I took it to corporate about what happened. They saw that there was an error and even acknowledged that my PURCHASE had an error. So they know dang well that I paid cash as well.
And told me and I quote. "We have identified a technical error with your order and the Casey's Cash was not redeemed successfully. We have notified our Digital Technology team so they can pin point the mistake and prevent it from happening again." So they gave me back the portion that I paid for with my caseys rewards money. But my actual cash is still gone. Which was even more then the reward money was.
And they turned around and said "our credit department does not find any charges with my card." So by that logic. If you see that my Casey's reward money paid for something and I even told them it was 2 orders of breadsticks. And went to the store in person and showed them my bank account that showed that I paid for it. Something clearly doesn't add up. So now I am short the money and the food. Just because I couldn't prove I ordered anything on their side on their computers because of an error on THEIR side.
So I am for certain never going to buy anything online from caseys ever again unless it's with Casey's cash. And I will probably pick up snacks much less now as well. Enjoy my 4.72 you literally stole from me caseys.
But My warning to anyone who isn't familiar with Casey's especially their online site or app. I would strongly recommend that you do not order online in case their error they supposedly said they will fix is still around. Because you will for certain not be reimbursed for it. If you must order something order at the store in person or by phone.
It's good as always. sometimes I need to stop and get gas or a quick snack on the way to work, most of the time they have something good, I tried the loaded breakfast burrito it was pretty good. 😃
