Usually, this Casey's isn't too bad but I've had enough bad experiences to finally right a review. Today, I placed my order before leaving Lenora and the app said my order would be done at 6:20 (order was placed at 5:53). I arrive at 6:18 not expecting it to be done, but close to done. I walked in to see the pizza just being put into the oven. It's not the first time this has happened so I thought "oh well I'll grab a drink or something to kill some time." After the pizza gets done I get told that they hadn't started the mac and cheese and it'll be a few more minutes so I waited some more. By the time I got out the door with my order it was 6:40 but that isn't why I'm typing this. When I get home and look at it, the only part of my order that was right was the breadsticks. Pizza was supposed to be half pepperoni and banana peppers, and half just cheese. I received a whole pepperoni and banana pepper pizza WITH ABSOLUTELY NO SAUCE ON THE PIZZA. The sort of highlight was it was supposed to be a plain mac and cheese but they put bacon on top and my wife really didn't want bacon on it.

I never have a problem here aside one night they didn't have soap in the bathroom but they were busy when i went in so I am sure they had just been to busy. Nothing to complain about. Not all places have the staff they need sometimes. The young man Matt there is very colorful and sure brightens up the place. I enjoy seeing him when i come in. He is always friendly and i have wittnessed how hard he works. Should seriously give the man a raise. So sad to see other employees treat him rudly. I enjoy the pizza and the deals and most of the people i have come across.
