We ordered a thin (new to us) and a regular crust pizza today for delivery, and It. Was. Amazing! It was so perfect and delicious, came within 30 min and was just such a delightful experience. Paid for 3 pizzas at 9:17. Sat in my car 20 minutes came in to pick them up and they told me that the order never went through. So the only option was to refund me the money because they were closing. The lady at the front was very nice and apologized a lot. I was super friendly to them and just took the refund and walked out. But they told me the order “never” went through. I don’t care if your closing soon, I ordered food and waited the whole time. Don’t just refund me the money. Make the pizzas and apologize. If I worked there I would have made it happen. We’re from out of town and to be honest that’s just laziness in my opinion.

They are useing dirty nasty straws with dirt and grime inside . asked if cooperate knew you was putting nasty looking straws and said yes .. That can't be true I worked the russell caseys .. I called the Ellis county health department also .. I should of tookin pictures to show how bad they was ... Plus the cashier with pink hair streaks needs to learn what smiling is

Wife went in bought a 1 liter of mountain dew, gave the $100 bill only received $77 back, we did call once we had opportunity, they gave us a run around, and now we have to wait til 7am Saturday 29 May 2021 for manager to review the tape and check. So make sure to get receipt and count cash before you leave cashier or you probably will be out money.
