Not very big rig friendly. Parking lot is almost nonexistent as it is partial loose gravel where truck parking really is. Commercial Truck Pumps are backward so you need to enter the first entrance and go around the back of store to enter correctly and the concrete is sunken in that way. Would only allow pumping $100 at a time. Won’t waste my time here again. This store needs some truck entrance signage as well as understanding that $100 on a commercial diesel pump doesn’t even get you started these days.
My fiance ran in to get windshield washer fluid and 2 vuse pods. Got charged almost $31 they charged him 24.99 for 2 pods instead of 4 what they are priced as extremely disappointing. There were girls on the shift just sitting around!!!! Thats not okay. There are 2 other caseys in town. One thats open 24 hours i would choose one of those instead of this one
Convenient location off of highway 60. Clean rest rooms and lots of snack and drink options. Sandwich and pizza offerings look a little old at 9 p.m. but seems like it would be worth a stop during the day.
The parking lot is not bad for semis.
The shower on the other hand, disgusting. They don't clean it between users. I showered here two nights in a row and my used soap bar was still in the shower along with two more bars that weren't there on the first night. I'll bet the porta-pots at a Bernie Sanders rally were cleaner than this shower. Hell, I've been in cleaner bathrooms at a livestock auction barn. It was a good motivator for the hot water to run out 5 minutes into the shower to get out of there faster. Did I mention the fecal matter on the toilet seat? What about the dead crickets, hair and trash on the floor? I would only shower here again in an extreme doomsday emergency.
Horrible customer service. Maribal was left alone on the register with no knowledge of how to work the trucker fuel isle. My issue is that Maribal never once apologized nor communicated with me that she is new or whatever the situation was. At first, I stood in line for a good 10mins, without her saying a word. The line grew so she went to the other POS without apologizing to me nor explaining the situation. She made sure to apologize to the others though. Then she called a coworker for help, still couldn't do it so I had to wait for the other teammate to come. She neither apologized for my wait as well. Total, I have been here 45mins, which I can see on my ELD, which it should never take that long to fuel! As a trucker, time is money! HORRIBLE and unprofessional customer service. Yal need more training on proper communication with your customers.
Truck parking showers do have a deli not into pizza that's much but wow bacon cheeseburger pizza really good I watch them pour out at least gallon of coffee and make fresh instead of selling the old to customers . Pretty happy with visit keep up good job!
Inside is a tad on the small side (took away one star for that) but decent amount of parking available for truckers. If you're not hip to caseys pizza's and sub's, do yourself a favor and try them out. Order a taco pizza, you won't be disappointed. Way better than Pizza Hut.
