Extremely unprofessional. I usually like to order a pizza from here. But when I did today, I was told the girl who runs the kitchen was outside smoking so I would have to wait to pick my order up. Then, when I saw someone in the kitchen a few minutes later, I went back up to the counter to ask of she was ready. The woman at the counter told me I would have to go back there to get my order. I did and still waited a couple minutes until another associate walked past me and I asked if I could get it. I do usually like it here, but Extremely rude and unprofessional in my book for costomer service.
I put my order in at 6:58 and the email said my order would be ready at 7:18. I went in to get it and they didn't even have the ticket to make the order, it was sitting up by the register and not turned into the pizza maker. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes while the rest of the food in my car was getting cold. I got home with my order and it wasn't right. I ordered a supreme pizza with half black olives and half sausage and got neither. I ordered on the app and I have the email to prove what I ordered and they tried to tell me I chose no black olives and sausage, wrong
You have to prepay for your gas. So if you don't want to use a card you have to make 2 trips into the store. I will be looking for a gas station where you don't have to prepay.
