The young man running the register was very helpful , even offering to help me to my car with my drinks!! Exceptional customer service, good variety of food and fast service.

We ordered pizza on line at 3 and requested it to be ready at 5, apparently they made pizza at time of order because pizza was cold and was like chewing rubber. Won’t make that mistake again

Stopped to get gas with our trailer. The way the pumps were oriented we could only access one set of pumps. The card reader on the pump did not work. We went in to ask for assistence. Store clerk did not offer to help with the transaction from inside. So we went to Love's.
At first I liked this location. Now not so much. Went to get gas and grab something to eat. The worker walked over and threw away pizza, donuts, and chicken and said he was closing in an hour? He was also cleaning the pop machine so there were no fountain drinks. A group of young adults in 5 cars had congregated around the pumps talking and wouldn't move so anyone could get gas. Pretty much chaos
Stopped here on the way through Kansas to check out the Boot Hill Museum. Had already swiped my credit card and was in the process of pumping gas when the screen signaled that it received $40 prepaid. I thought this was irregular, but I had a couple of passengers that had just went into the store and I thought worst case scenario they opted to throw some money in on a cross-country trip (I also had already swiped my card so I wasn't even sure what was getting charged). The final value of my gas was $37.74.
After pumping gas, I learn that my passengers didn't chip in and I went in to make sure that my card was charged. Apparently, another customer had thrown money on that pump, but the employees had not waited to for it to be open. Instead, they had overridden my transaction and causing this ordeal. I waited approximately 10 minutes for them to insist that I used all of the $40 (I didn't) and request that I pay the full amount. I'm not much to make a big deal of a couple of bucks, but this didn't sit right with me considering most people probably would have driven off without a second thought. I tell them I'll pay the $37.74, but not a penny more and they finally cave saying "I'm not going to argue with you sir" - like I was being unreasonable.
Whole thing left a pretty bad taste in my mouth and truly made me want to get the hell out of Dodge. There are plenty of other options for gas - choose any others but this one or they'll insist on wasting your time and money.
Dirty & unkempt. Pumps receipt printers not working, trash at pumps overflowing, windshield washer reservoirs all dirty & bone dry. Seeing how dirty the outside was, I didn't gamble on going in to use restrooms! I advise driving a few blocks west to Love's or Kwik Shop.
first I tried to get my receipt at the dispenser but it didn't work then I went into the store to ask for my receipt and he asked me how much money I used but I didn't remember and he didn't give me my receipt, bad experience 😔
