As my teenage daughter who has arthritis in her hands struggled to put the lid on a soda cup, a woman who appeared to be the manager stormed over, chewed her out for overfilling the cup, ranted that people were waiting and she had taken too long (it was just me, waiting for my own child), then grabbed my daughter with both hands, turned her around, and said, "You need to leave." I couldn't quite believe what I was seeing. Is Casey's management taught that it's acceptable to put their hands on customers? This is the kind of nut job in charge of the place, apparently.

Wonderful staff. Great pizza and what a wonder manager. Always get help when needed and super welcoming. Stuff happens on busy days but always get right on top. This is a great stop!
Ordered a taco pizza and breadsticks. The pizza was half sausage/half cheese with no sauce and the breadsticks were burnt with no marinara sauce. Mistakes happen, but the customer service was horrible offering no apologies otrhelp to fix. Will not return.
Ive lived in hills my whole life the people of Casey's are grate people it's not just a store to the people of hills it's like a place of peace for a lot of us
Hit or miss on pizza. It's usually good, though. The last guy who took my order was pretty out of it and didn't seem to realize he was at work. I was pleasantly surprised to show up and find he did indeed take and make the order. The cashier staff are always nice.
