Always have great breakfast pizza 🍕!! The service is always great here. And they always have the products I like from Casey's in stock. Not only is the breakfast pizza good but the grilled chicken wraps are also very delicious. And this is the only place where I can get the Arnold Palmer spiked hard iced tea

I'm not sure if caseys has an employee of the month or some sort of reward system for its employees but Valerie is awesome! She's always in a great mood and really gets to know her regular customers.
I see the inside of a lot of Casey's. This one in particular is small but very well managed and the employees are great. Bathrooms are clean and the Pizza is great. Some of the customers can be sketchy. Update-Still the best managed Casey's I visit.
Use to be best pizza place in salina. Gotten careless and sloppy from customer service to delivery. Makes me sad was my go to sometimes 3/4 days a week
I have to leave one star on this rating for this Casey's on Ohio St. If I could leave "0" I would.
We live in the country, 25 minutes from Salina. We ordered a pizza from you with three toppings on it. When we got the pizza home, it was 2 toppings short. We called the store right back, the "manager" told us "we could have a new one fixed for us next time we ordered, no charge." She "would leave a note for her crew and that we would be ordering one soon."
We ordered a pizza today, there was no note and the "manager" on duty told us no we couldn't get a replacement pizza for the one they got wrong.
This is just plain bad business!!! You need to follow through on your
commitments made to your customers by your management staff. Your managers need retraining on customer service and customer satisfaction. This is unacceptable!!!
I will never order a pizza, or gas, or anything else with your organization again, not that you care. I will let everyone I know that you do not care about your customers and that you do not follow through with commitments to your customers. There are plenty of other pizza places in Salina we can go......
Casey's in general is a great place. However, this Casey's has the rudest staff ever! Both the employee and the Manager yelled at us, to the point that customers around us were astonished. Probably the worst customer experience of my entire life. In not a complainer, but this time I did. Its absolutely absurd what they did, as a former customer service employee I can't imagine ever treating a customer like that! I would have been fired on the spot from my 2 year job has I ever yelled at a customer like that. Absolutely insane!
After reading a sign on the glass of the pizza container which said to ask for someone to grab a slice for you at the register, i went to the register to pay. After doing so i was instructed to go back to just grab the pizza after waiting for 5 minutes to be rang up. Afterwards I had to wait 10 minutes for 7 people in line with ONLY ONE register open (for at least 10 people) even though i visually saw 3 people manning the storefront.
Besides the trouble of driving all the way down from Colorado and having awful service the pizza did taste good
Very rude customer service, the cashier got an attitude with me when I wanted to use my Casey's rewards. never have had bad service at Casey's. I'm sorry the employee hates her job but she does not need to take out on customers.
