We had a wonderful family dinner there yesterday.
The atmosphere, food and service are great.
Food is authentic Portuguese, tastes very good and portions are also fine. Load shedding did not disturb at all - kitchen continued working and the candles on the table made a very nice atmosphere.

Ribs delicious, Calamari delicious, no atmosphere. Obviously, it was a quiet evening...the roll was delicious, but sadly, we had to share it as 2 people get one roll to share. We requested an extra roll but was told that the rules of the restaurant were one roll for 2 to share. So, does one person get half a roll? Well, the meal was good but the price was a not that reasonable.

Chicken Espetado
Staff(who was great) not fully informed on specials advertised on Facebook T's and C's and owner not willing to own up to any obvious miscommunication on her side. We were really understanding, kind and happy with their service until we queried the special not applying to us as we did BYO and no one informed us that this would waive the special (on the special night that we booked for) and the owner left us with the comment:you are welcome to not book here again". This was unnecessary and rude and if she had any interest in customer satisfaction she would have at least handled the matter in a more professional manner.

Food was really good. Great atmosphere. It was very quiet for a Saturday lunch time. It seems to be quite popular on other occasions. Staff are friendly and the owner is lovely.

We had the mussels and sardines as a starter and shared the rump espetada as a main. The food was excellent and the service great! Live 1 man band on a Thursday which just added to the already awesome atmosphere! It is a bit pricey but we'll worth it!
Great vibe with live music. Managed to get a table without a reservation but only because of a cancellation, it's clearly a popular place. Friendly helpful staff. Good menu.
Sadly the food disappointed. Small portions, lukewarm...you expect more for the price.
I'd be willing to try again for the atmosphere and lovely owners.
Parking is not easy...fills up fast. But there is road parking available.
