I come here at least 5 times a year but I live 2 hours away. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant. Always great service, friendly staff, great food. The seating is mostly benches and the tables are a great big wonderful size,6 people per booth could fit which is pretty impressive. If you're in town for hot springs, go here after you soak, it's the best food for post relationship. A lot of food for a great price! I was very happy with the quality of food and service at Casa Sanchez. The Barria tacos were surprisingly spicy. However, the food was very fresh and delicious! Tip: if you want large margaritas, this is the place to come! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Arroz con pollo came with a red sauce that I’ve never had before, didn’t finish, definitely wish rice was more on the side instead of underneath. Queso was good. Refill on chips. Salsa was different. Service was good! Price per person $20–30

Cozy, homestyle SW place in one of my favorite CO towns, BV. House made chips and salsa are the first indication that this place is special. My partner and I shared a large combo plate and it was more than enough for the two of us. My favorite was the chile relleno which is prepared My favorite way.....fried with a wonton wrapper. The tamale was massive with lots of pork filling around the fluffiest masa I've encountered in a tamale. Housemade refried beans and rice rounded out this meal in a cozy locale.
