I’m not quite sure what to say. I’m not one to bash local businesses, but Casa Moreno was lower tiered compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area. I ordered a wet pollo burrito, which looked very appetizing but when I took my first bite I realized that the red sauce was really tomato sauce and did not taste authentic compared to other restaurants I’ve ate at. My partner ordered albondigas and it was very watered down. It only had one piece of potato and three pieces of zucchini. It is not your Mexican mom’s albondigas. However, the margaritas were fantastic and the servers were great and we were seated quickly. Maybe it might be someone else’s cup of tea but not mine. We used to like this place until the OWNER ruined it for us. That's the owner in the pictures. My friend had asked for more salsa, "Please." She proceeded to fling the butter knife off of the salsa dish onto the bar. My friend says to me,"She's rude," the blonde girl in the pic goes and tells the owner what my friend had said to me. Which she had no business doing. The owner comes back and says to my friend, "So, you think I was being rude?" My friend says, "yes". (I'm thinking she's going to apologize, LOL. I was wrong.) She tells my friend, "I got you your salsa, and I did it with a smile!" A picture is worth a thousand words! She looks everything but happy and inviting.
