The locro soup was not at all what I knew from my stay in Ecuador, when I asked for a lactose free locro what I had was mashed potatoes casserole with no flavour I was really disappointed ☹️ Also my sister asked for a mote sucio and the chicharrón had hair on it so any effort they applied on it was pointless 😕 Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $50+ Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This place is AMAZING! The food is 5 Star. Everything we’ve tried is so yummy. The location and ambiance is perfect! The staff is top notch too.
Great food. Amazing service. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–25 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Recommended by our hotel, and it did not disappoint … what a gem. Friendly, attentive waiter; food was yummy, especially the salmon. My partner ordered traditional Ecuadorian meal, which was good although the pork was a bit dry. And for the type of meal, incredibly well priced. Highly recommend a visit. Delicioso, muchas gracias! I love Geraniums and this place has a beautiful selection of colors. We ate there mid afternoon and it was very quiet. The building is quite old and in beautiful condition in a quiet side street. I had the trucha (trout) and it was perfect. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the ambience. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Very nice ambiance. Friendly and well trained personnel. Superb food. Costly compared to the rest of Quito. But the sizes of the dishes are very big. Varying menu with fish, meat and guinea pig for those who want to try ($35) Guinea pig is a mean course meal, and often shared by 2-4 persons. Good choise of music, perfectly fitting with the atmosphere. More of a formal place, although there is not dress code and beer comes in the bottle. Great selection of local and international wines. (Still mostly from South America) Average 3 course meal, excluding drinks, will cost $35 - $50 pp.
Absolutely great food experience and service! All dishes from the house Ceviche to Cuy to Postres los Geranios were superbly delicious. The offered red house wine is also very tasty and the service very attentive. This restaurant deserves more than 5 stars, definitely recommended! Absolutely gorgeous hotel and dining. Super, super expensive by any standards but seriously for Quito it was crazy. One drink is $19 and one mushroom appetizer was around the same. That was the only vegetarian option so vegetarians, do not plan on being able to eat here. The views were gorgeous overlooking the Plaza de San Francisco and though we waited a good long while for service we didn't mind at all because we wanted to just relax and enjoy the view. Our server did not speak any English, but was kind in understanding my broken Spanish. I would recommend for a splurge. Dress up.
Best restaurant in Quito! Local Ecuadorian cuisine, delicious 😋 Vegetarian friendly. Hospitality and service are superb! The ambiance is really cute and cosy. Definitely recommend it to everyone!
We at lunch here and it was great. The service and setting are excellent. I had the Seco de Chivo and my wife had a salad and the amazing flaming banana dessert. Be prepared to pay a bit more than other places but we'll worth it! One of the best places we ate during our week stay in Quito. Also one of the few restaurants open on La Ronda for lunch due to the pandemic.
