I tried to take a photo of a mostly whole cupcake, but it was too good to not take a second bite. It melts so easily, so smoothly - I can’t wait to get another batch. If I could rate higher than five stars, I would.

THE BEST CARROT CAKE YOU WILL EVER HAVE. Not to mention CCL is a local female black owned business. You can find her delicious cake at The Butcher’s Market off of Falls of Neuse or order from her directly. You won’t regret it!

These little treats are reason enough to go to farmers market!! The carrot cakes are delicious!! She also an assortment of sizes from cupcakes, mini loafs, to large cakes!!

Best carrot cake around!! Not too sweet, the cake is always fresh (never dry) and the owner is super nice! You can also find her cakes at the Butcher’s Market (various locations in N. Raleigh).
