Never again! Reserved the back room for a going away dinner & they over booked it. Had to wait 2 hours outside after arrival with over 30 guests not including myself. The whole time inside the actual building every worker acted like we were such a inconvenience. Got there at 5:00pm & left at 9pm & still hadn’t got my entree. Very bad experience! Terrible. If you have a large party I do not recommend this place at all. Instead of saying they couldn’t do it they made up different lies etc. The peach sangria was good & the garlic bread tower. The drinks & appetizers is all I got to try. Maybe it was a bad day but it’s no excuse. 3 managers were on site. Plenty staff! To reserve the back room & get denied it due to over booking & STILL not eat after 4 hours of lies, hassle, etc.. I won’t ever go back. Terrible! Terrible! A waste of a Saturday evening. My wife and I had a great experience at Carrabba's today. The food and atmosphere were great as always. Our server "India" did a fantastic job of enhancing our experience. She has a fantastic smile and uses it regularly. She more than met our expectations. Hope she is our server on our next visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was one of my favorite restaurants to go to. Now I has fell very low in quality of food. Food now is not very good at all. It tastes like it came out of a microwave. The sauce is like water no body at all. I’m just so disappointed. My bill was 94 plus tip and I feel like I got robbed. Don’t think I’m goin to return.
