We came in as a treat to have dinner before an event. We decided to sit at the bar because we usually have excellent experiences at the bar even ordering food. Not so this time! The bar servers and staff just talked and complained about how busy they were, how they hated making a particular drink, how a table should have ordered a pitcher instead of by the glass making it more work, etc. We tried to figure out if they just need more staff or better management to help the situation. I also feel employees should not complain in front of customers as it just makes the experience undesirable and leaves the customer wondering if they might get talked about after they leave. It was uncomfortable, unsatisfactory and unpleasant to experience. We also found it difficult to get assistance for simple things like salt and pepper. A few other people were having the same problem and I had to redirect the bartender to them. I felt like I worked there instead of enjoying my meal. The charcuterie board was just ok. One of the cheeses looked like a soupy mess in a bowl. The meats appeared like they were just pulled out of an Oscar Meyer package and set on the board, We also felt there needed to be something sweet to add to the strong blue cheese on the board. The meatballs we ordered as an appetizer were good, but still lacked some flavor. We also ordered an Italian Old Fashioned which was on the happy hour menu, but then got charged full price. We had to wait to get it corrected. This was not a good experience and the food was just ok. Probably won’t return to this location. All was fantastic with the slight exception of the warmth of the entree. The restaurant was slammed due to the Strawberry Festival so it was understandable. Flavor was excellent. We sat at the bar and Ryan and Abby did fantastically in spite of the rush! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
To start off this trip. Wait time was very quick to get a table. Though we had to wait about 20 mins before we even had our server come to the table. The server was very kind and polite; she just didn't check on us often and was waiting more on other tables. When our appetizers arrived. They were tasty, but our stuffed mushrooms were cold in the center. Once the main entree came the food was good , but one of the entree's was wrong. We still had a nice time with our group, though the experience was not the best this time. Food was pretty good, better than most chain Italian restaurants. Service was excellent on a Sunday. Place was neat and clean. Spaghetti was excellent with the chicken well seasoned and tender. The pomodoro sauce very flavored, not acidic at all. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This is specific to the wine dinner on 1/17. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and service for this event. We called ahead to be seated with another couple and it was easily accommodated. The food was perfectly cooked and boxed up accordingly. We didn’t have to wait on anything. The staff filled our waters and brought out the courses as necessary. This was an amazing event for a chain restaurant in plant city. We can’t wait for the next event. We recommend the bartender with short hair (Ashley?) she has been there for 9 years and is amazing. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We eat at Carrabba's fairly often (2nd time at this location), and this was by far the best experience we've ever had. We ordered the Johnny Trio & Chicken Marsala with Fettuccine Alfredo. Every single item on both plates was perfectly prepared & utterly delicious. We could not decide which bite from which plate was the best bite. We both instantly regretted having bread before the entrées as we were running out of space. Thank goodness for to-go containers. Huge shout-out to Alex, the grill chef. The steak & chicken were cooked to such perfection that I specifically asked who prepared the dishes. Found out Alex has worked for Carrabba's for 15 years & it shows. Chef's kiss. Additional shout-out to our server Victoria, whose personalable service was the proverbial cherry on top. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
