Went to the Winter Haven location for date night after a long day of work. They were moderately busy but the food came out timely. Our waitress was on point. I apologize for not remembering her name but we were told when we arrived that she is requested all the time and we know why. She never skipped a beat. To her I say thank you for a great evening and she deserved the tip. Many thanks again. I usually take pictures but this time I was so tired and just wanted to eat and enjoy the time with my girlfriend. Next time. Tonight we dined with a large group as we were in town for an event. We had roughly 34 people. I was absolutely stunned and appreciative of the attentiveness of the staff. We were greeted with kindness and they were very efficient. It was incredible how fast and knowledgeable the staff was. Reservation was at 8 and we sat down by 815. With such a large party I cannot believe we made it out after all meals by 9:38. Kudos to Carrabba‘s Italian Grill. You made this night memorable and super easy and efficient. My family and I dine at this location pretty regularly and we always have a wonderful experience. Aubrielle at the host stand was warm and welcoming. Emily the server support was quick and polite. And whenever Cheyenne is on we make sure to ask for her because she is SPECTACULAR. We have sat with other servers who are all great, but Cheyenne is by far our favorite! The food is also always fantastic. There are so many tasty options. Great job to management for growing and supporting such a lovely team. Keep up the good work. I was very excited to find out that the calabrian wings are back for their fall menu! I hope they become part of the everyday menu again!! Our lunch was delicious, our server was wonderful! Normally the food is fantastic, but tonight nothing looked liked the menu, which was a bit disappointing. It wasn’t a bad meal, but not their best. The service was a bit slow and we had to wait for condiments and utensils, but all and all it was okay. I recommend the blackberry sangria over the classic. The bread is perfect. Salad was boring and not enough dressing. The pumpkin spice bread pudding is a must try, delicious 😋 I will pass on the minestrone soup next time. The lobster ravioli didn’t taste anything like lobster. I taste more like a cheese ravioli. I will pass on that next time as well.
