I can always count on Alicia, Sean and the staff at Carrabba’s to make dining more than just a meal. The open kitchen fills the dining room with wood fired excellence. Whether it’s pasta, steaks, or just wine and some appetizers you’re after, there’s something on their fine menu for anyone. I came for the food, but I come back for the service. Attentive servers always checking on your experience without feeling intrusive. Friendly and courteous, this place is worth checking out!! We love coming to their monthly wine dinners. Sean and Alicia put together such a fun night with delicious foods and wine pairings, and a cheery atmosphere. The staff always makes us feel like family. They truly add a personal touch. We were there a few weeks ago to celebrate my son's birthday, and Sean went above and beyond to make him feel special. As for the food - Their pasta tastes like it was homemade right before cooking it. The sauces taste fresh and authentic. Steaks are flavorful. Asparagus cooked on a wood fire grill is amazing! We went to Carrabba's in Winchester, VA and had a great experience thanks to Kelsey and Sean. Kelsey was our bartender and server -- she was simply delightful and so welcoming. Although this is another chain restaurant it was clean ,seating was fast. I had the mahi with artichoke and sundry tomatoes and for sides I had chicken soup and asparagus. Everything was good especially the chicken soup surprisingly! The asparagus was on the salty side, fish was good but too fishy for my taste will not order again. The service was okay, waitress should have been more attentive to clearing empty plates on table. All in all it was good. Will go again and see how it goes. We Love coming here. They are the nicest people. The wait staff is amazing and the manager always is pleasant to speak with. Exceptional service and fast service. We have never gone without beverage or asking if we are doing ok. The food is excellent and I couldn't recommend this place enough. If you eat the salmon ask for the Ricardo sauce!!!
