Walked in during the weekend and had no wait time, which was surprising given how busy it seemed. We were served right away. It was our first time at this location and our server, Devon, was incredibly helpful and kind! The wait for our courses was <10 minutes each; although even with a wait it would’ve been worth it since the food was delicious and flavorful. Carrabba’s is one of my fav restaurants. Hadn’t been to this location in about 6 years. The restaurant was pretty empty and I wondered why. There was a women that worked there, maybe a manager who kept walking by looking at us and standing at a distance staring at us. We had about 5 people in our group. We were not loud nor disruptive and like I said before the restaurant was practically empty. Not sure what her problem was because we were sitting and talking having a nice time. Now I know why it was empty and why I hadn’t been back to that location for so many years. I have not experienced that rudeness at any of the other even when I went out of town. My tip is don’t go to this location and spend your good money unless you want to be starred at and treated rudely in a non busy restaurant. The food here was pretty good. However the service was lousy. While we had no issues getting seated the issues with this restaurant started soon after. The staff was disorganized. After our server greeted us and we requested waters and time to look over the menu, another employee approached us with drinks, sodas, that were not our waters. A second unknown employee brought us waters and bread a few minutes later. Following that our server returned with our waters. So no idea how that happened. Two waters from different people. A few minutes after ordering our food, we were approached by yet another staff member with food that was no ours. About 5- ten minutes later we got the salads that came with our meals. Shortly after our server stopped by and my date requested to sample two different wines. It took over 20 minutes to get the sample of the wines we requested, at which time we placed an order for drinks. Our food was delivered about 10 minutes after getting the wine sample, and us placing a wine order. We ate, and conversed, forgetting about our wine. Finally some 30 minutes after ordering wine, we requested boxes to package our leftovers so we could leave. This was when our wine order finally came. Before leaving we were approached by yet another staff member trying to bring us drinks, again soda, which were not ours. I can not believe how disorganized this restaurant was. I will not be returning. I would not recommend this Carrabba's. In addition there was a worker (said his name was Steve), bothering the older couple at the table behind us. I over heard him saying that he wanting to live with the people, as they had a pool in their house. At one point he just stopped and stared at me and by date for almost 15 seconds with out saying anything. This came off as creepy and super unprofessional. The is how y’all treat delivery orders? If I came inside sat down to eat this, the $24 lobster ravioli, this is what would come out the back? I literally only counted 8 actual ravioli. At the temperature it was I feel like they microwaved a leftover order or dare I say actual leftovers and threw it out. I’ll actually be contacting corporate and the BBB about this.
