Our waiter, Sam, was awesome! He was attentive and very polite. He was probably the best waiter we've had in any restaurant! The food was great and the atmosphere was relaxing. Our server Sam was an amazing server. He was knowledgeable on every question we had. He checked in on us to make sure that our drinks were never empty. He offered suggestions when we asked. The restaurant was very clean. The bathrooms were very clean and stocked. The food was very delicious. We had pork chops and sauteed broccoli which was very delicious. Also the trio meal with chicken parmesan, lasagna, and Alfredo noodles. The appetizer we had was the bread tower. And the bread was cooked amazingly along with the marinara sauce. We had blackberry sangrias which were phenomenal. The only thing we did not like was that the only Heineken beer was Heineken zero. Overall we had an amazing experience. We have been to Carrabba's many times in the past and will continue to go many times in the future. I absolutely adore the delectable chicken wings and fresh salad at this restaurant. As for my entree, I opted for the mouthwatering chicken parmesan, which was served with a side of linguine. To accompany my meal, I requested marinara sauce, but instead received an unusual orange-like sauce that surprisingly complemented my dish quite well. We haven't eaten at Carrabba's in multiple years, Walking in on a quiet Saturday afternoon, not many people were eating, but the host said the wait was 5-10 mins. They only had 1 server, but the host was helping as well as another (maybe the manager). We didn't wait long, and honestly, we couldn't tell they were short staffed! They all pitched in together and did a fantastic job! Better service than most places that are overstaffed! The menu has notations for gluten-free options, and some items can be adjusted to be gluten-free! Our appetizer was the Cozze in Bianco, Delicious 😋 one of the best! I had Filet & Shrimp Pasta Toscana (GF Pasta) and was divine! Cooked perfectly. Spouse had The Johnny Tio & enjoyed it alot! He got Italian bread with herb/olive oil too. Our first time, but won’t be our last!! Fantastic experience!! We had an impromptu birthday party of ten people and they accommodated us with no issues! Our server was fantastic! He (Sam) was respectful, attentive, and very polite. I could not be more impressed! Can’t wait until we go again!
