New to the area and was on the hunt for a new regular breakfast spot. Heard about Carol’s Cafe through some locals.
Stopped in on a Thursday around 11am. Was not busy when I arrived and was greeted right away. Ordered the biscuits and gravy with eggs, and a 1/2 order of the blueberry pancakes. Both came out within 10 minutes. The biscuits and gravy was delicious! Not many places have that on the menu. Blueberry pancakes were decadent, and filled with blueberries. Total for the two dishes came out to $23. Well worth it!
Cute spot with good amount of seating in a prime location. I would be curious to see how busy this place is on the weekends given the location. Menu was vast with something for everybody. Finding a parking spot was easy.
Little touch inside the restaurant I found cool was the wall behind the register with all the police patches from surrounding departments. Nice to see a local establishment that shows its support!
Overall, if you’re looking for a tasty breakfast that is made quickly this is a go-to spot!

Don't judge a book by its cover. First impression was that the cafe was small and really busy. But after we were seated and Kim came over to greet us, she was friendly and really terrific. The place calmed down a bit, we had a great table, and the food was really good. Omelette was great, tasty pancakes, home fries were crispy. We ended up lingering way too long. I would absolutely come back for the great service and the food. You have to get past the size of the cafe, and after that, you'll become a fan like we did.

I raised my son on thier food. Followed them from Malden and the only thing that has changed is the location

Fantastic breakfast. Got the eggs, bacon, toast, home fries, and pancakes with s’mores topping, all of which was great. Reasonably priced too.
