It's your average Chinese buffet. The variety is not bad, but no more extensive than your average Chinese buffet. It all tasted pretty good, and they did a great job with the teriyaki chicken skewers. The sushi was not bad, but the ones with raw fish looked like they had been out too long, and made me a little nervous. The Mongolian grill looked good, but I didn't try it. The salad bar was good. The dessert bar was average. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

12/18/2023: l was invited to meet up at the newly named Carnival Buffet. The fresh new appearance is NICE! I had Salmon and Shrimp fried rice. All good! I also had the Pineapple Shrimp, and the Cream Cheese Rangoon. I wanted seconds. I also got a half dozen Shrimp to peel and eat. So good. Oh and some steamed dumplings too! I was going to hit up the dessert section next, but it was getting kind of late, and close to their closing, so I let it go and decided that I'll DEFINITELY be coming back again SOON! :^) Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Fried Shrimp
We only saw our server once, at the end of the meal, when we went to the wait station to ask for water refills and got refills of water with some kind of cleaner in it. I went back up to the wait station and told them, and they tasted and confirmed it. Overall, we went up to the wait station and asked for everything we needed and service was invisible until we ended our meal with nasty water that made our stomachs upset and my tongue burn. Not the best experience. Update: restaurant responded to review saying they have double filters for water, but our problem has nothing to do with that. The water we were served was from a pitcher, which obviously had something added to it to clean tables or something. And the hostess confirmed after tasting. This wasn’t a filter issue and I’m not just being nit picky or anything. They should read my review more closely, to understand the full situation. Given the situation, I think we were more than agreeable. We didn’t make a fuss, just informed them. We didn’t ask for a refund or anything, even tho we left nauseous because of the mistake. Heck, this is an OSHA or dept of health issue. I kind of resent the owner implying I’m just whining over unfiltered water. Now I’m definitely not going back and will spread the word. My favorite was the Mongolian food where they cook it right in front of you after you fill up a bowl. They have sushi and Chinese food too, which is pretty good. Love that it's all you can eat, but you actually get full pretty fast. Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Sushi Bar

Eating here was so nice the food was great and the staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the grill bar. lots of options and the sauce selection is outstanding. The sushi bar is amazing lots of choices and very well prepared food. The Chinese bar was great I love ham fried rice. And to top it all off the desert bar again plenty of options and the fruit was perfectly ripe. The Carnival Buffet was recently remodeled. Very clean inside with brand new seating. The Mongolian BBQ was fantastic! The buffet food was good but each dish tasted the same (like buffet food). Why? Because, like all buffet restaurants, they use only one jar of spices and they put it on EVERYTHING! I rate the Mongolian BBQ a 5; the buffet a 3. Jokes aside, this is my new "go to" Chinese buffet. If I could change one thing, I would have them label sauces available for the Mongolian BBQ. There were, probably, 20 different types and nothing was labeled. That was a daunting task. Service was average for a buffet. Atmosphere was great because of the outstanding remodeling job they did. I will return often. This is the cleanest buffet I think I’ve ever been to in the state of Utah. The food was excellent. They have a pretty good selection. Not much of a dessert selection but enough for me. They have steak and a Mongolian grill.
Friendly helpful staff. Buffet includes sushi, fried foods, entrees, salad bar, and an extensive choose-your-own grill with lots of sauces. Also cookies, cakes, and soft serve ice cream for dessert. You can also order entrees to go, or fill a styrofoam box for $12.99. My kids liked the pineapple chicken.
