To all those people who wonder where Carlos pizza went. That is no longer his pizzeria. That's why the pizza is not that great. When Carlos made his pizza, he was the best pizza Maker all over the island He would do his pizza out of scratch with italiantaste because he's been Doing his pizza since 1963. He is now a retired man. but these people do not know how to do pizza. There's no way they could do his recipe Is not a good spot. Not anymore Carlos haven't been doing pizza for over 15 yearsT or more that's why this pizza is not the same and will never taste the same because he was the best now. For those who think that He's still on it, not true, he's not the owner anymore. Sorry, but Carlo pizza was the old building next door. He's no longer there anymore, retired. That is just his name next door.

The pizza dough is to heavy so it's like raw, they could do better! They started real good in fact it was a real good pizza but I think it's no longer the same owner!
The crust is worth a trip alone. Very clean and friendly local place to eat if your passing thru and want something not fried.
