We tried their lettuce wraps and they were great. We are trying to eat more healthy and sometimes when we are on the road we need something good but not a sit in restaurants. Any of the burgers can be made into lettuce wraps. Carl’s Jr is so much better than McD’s!!! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Carl's Jr is a great restaurant just off Interstate 5 in Cottage Grove, Oregon. Very easy on and off Interstate 5 from either north or south bound sides. The restaurant is clean, great service, and food. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. The food was fresh and hot! Prices reasonable! Had a Western Bacon Cheeseburger and 3 Chicken Strips. Top 10 for some food on the way back from the basketball game. It was pretty dead there's only one in there I want to give props to the two teenage kids that were working the front counter or at least the young lady was working on the counter and the young man that what's cleaning the dining area well I was making my order . I noticed through the window before I walked in the young man was cleaning and the young lady was stalking the front counter and taking care of drive threw with one cook in back The young lady had great customer service and the young man was doing a good job cleaning up di I get pay attention to the fact that he was doing his job with a purpose with nobody watching and I hope this gets back to the manager the place is clean and the customer service was good Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

It was like a cut scene from a post apocalyptic video game. The chicken stars sucked. I ate them but only because I needed to be in Portland soon. The staff were very efficient and are the only reason this place gets any stars. No pun intended. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Alicia at the cottage grove location was extremely helpful. She helped us get a very large order organized and ordered in a way to save us a bit of money. She is polite and energetic. Went out with my wife to get a burger, placed our order had to wait 10min and it wasn't busy. When they brought it, my wife's burger bun was bone dry. She went to get a another one she waited by the counter while the employees were laughing away, anyways got it order had to wait another 10mins when that one came burger was falling apart extremely lot of mayonnaise. Customer service is bad 0 stars, food quality 1 star. Don't eat out at this Carl's jr. Attached 2 photos, employees/ manager talking with someone for 15mins.
