Tonight is the 1st time in 20 yrs. that I really enjoyed the famous star burger. It was delicious. The charbroil flavor stood out from the veggies and condiments on the burger. It was still pretty warm by the time I got home. Thumbs up. This location at Kenosha and Aspen deserves this review. Thanks to the cook and crew. This restaurant is hardly ever busy and I always get immediate service. I've been here probably five or six times now and I haven't had a bad experience. My 8-year-old daughter likes the play area. This is the only Carl’s location I visit, but compared to other fast food restaurants in the area, the staff is always more friendly, the food is better, and the restaurant itself is cleaner. It’s also conveniently located in the same parking lot as the Walmart where I shop. It’s nice to be able to grab a bite without fighting traffic to get somewhere else. This Carl's Jr has some of the best service and food I've had from Carl's Jr in a very long time. The new manager, Scott, is very helpful and does a great job keeping the restaurant clean and enjoyable. The staff seems to be having fun but stays very professional. That's a great sign of good leadership. I highly recommend going out of your way to visit this one and I'll definitely be back!! I frequently go thru the drive through of this store for 3 main reasons. 1. Service is quick and efficient. 2. They make the best sausage biscuits! 3. Scott at the early morning drive through always has a big smile and good morning greeting! I appreciate all these things! I was going home after a meeting at church and wanted to get something to eat, but I wasn't wanting to dine in. I saw Carl's Jr. and decided to go there as I hadn't been in quite a while. I began to realize why. Even though the drive thru wasn't that busy, I still had to wait longer for my food than I do at most other fast food places. The prices are also higher than a lot of other burger joints, though they do offer a veteran discount, which was nice. The burger (the Original, previously the 6 dollar burger when it first came out) was good. The fries weren't that great, but the server did put ketchup packets in the bag, which I was grateful for. He also seemed nice. I'm sure that I'll return, though I don't know when. I used to frequent Carl's Jr. when I lived in southern CA many years ago. Like many places nowadays, it doesn't seem to be as good as it used to be. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Never got a burger so well done it crushed! Never had a problem at this Carl's. Aways was constant tell now. Get new cooks? Drive thru employees we're plenty even as busy as they were.
