It’s the third time I come to this location at exactly 10pm or a few minutes before and the doors are already locked while the website said it is scheduled to close at 11pm for dine in/drive through. I was thinking the website is outdated but the sign posted on the door has the same scheduled time to close and so far this is the only location that closes 1-1 1/2 hours before scheduled hours. I am a truck driver and my truck cannot fit through the drive through. It is just disappointing that this location cannot adhere to the posted schedule. Some employees provide good customer service but most have a long face as if they are being forced to be there. I try not to dine in for that reason. Kind of ruins the environment. I really tried to be a consistent customer since I’m new to the area but this location is giving me a bad taste. I love Carls Jr but not this location in Los Lunas, NM. I know I’m just one customer and this review may not carry any weight but I do hope managements does a better job on checking up on their people and updating their information. I say this with a heavy heart because I love Carls Jr but I will not be returning to this location! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
