Just wasted my entire 30 minute break waiting in line before I gave up and walked out. Lady working the register had a bad attitude, was talking down to the customers and was just taking her sweet time while there was a line out to the door. 30 minutes waiting and the line never moved! This location seems perpetually understaffed and undersupplied. I have been a regular customer since this location opened. It has been on a STEEP decline ever since. Most likely they will be out of chicken. Often out of Ice. Occasionally have run out of bread. The last straw was today waiting 20 minutes for an order only to find it was made incorrectly. After 15 minutes waiting in line to get a refund I was told they would get to me in a few minutes. Never again. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This is the 2nd location I have stopped at as a truck driver within two days and both (other one was in New Mexico off of i40 that have said they do not have milk shakes when in fact it’s not the truth. They do have the milk shakes and machine is working but one of staff admitted that they are just too short handed to take time to make a milk shake and I would like to report this to corporate office Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
