This is a pretty good Carl's. The food is consistently good quality. The only downside is the prices are pretty steep for middle-of-the-road burgers ($9+ for just the sandwich). Some of the drive-thru staff don't care to acknowledge you other than tossing the bag out of the window, but a few are friendly. Other than the dining room being dirty, it was not busy when we were there, which was diner time. The tables and floor were dirtier than need be. I always forget how greasy Carl's Jr's burgers are. I ordered an El Diablo Angus Burger without bacon or a bun, and the grease soaked through the box. Not a huge deal, but... Yeah, not ideal either.... The staff was extremely friendly and the lobby was clean. I ate dinner with my brother and we got our food pretty quickly. It's fast food. As with most fast food places, they're gonna get your order wrong 30% of the time, forget things like napkins and forks, sauces and food items. This place is no exception. Still giving 4 stars though because it's really no different than other fast food joints. Edible food, sometimes hot, sometimes not. Wish somewhere would be an exception. Employees were kind, polite, and courteous. Food was hot and delicious. We did ask for one burger with no ketchup but still got one with. The cashier didn't hear our request so no fault of her or cooks own. They were gracious when we took it back and corrected the issue quickly by replacing the burger. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went to Carls Jr in Monmouth, OR today just because we haven't had it in a long time. Absolutely sad. If a Zero were allowed it would be permitted. Asked for waffle fries, with our order and they gave us Cold, Soggy fries. 🤣😓 Let alone, when ordering, the customers opinions don't seem to matter. When asking for no condiments (Mayo, Ketchup, Mustard, Sauce really--) they literally FILLED this freaking burger up.. Dripping wet & very unappealing / un-appeaseing... Gross.. Overall, could do better in a LOT of places, y'all might have to go back to get your order fixed, but as we live outside town, total waste of time and money-- $40 to mess up our order. 🤔 Check your food before you leave y'all!! 😣😫 Yick!! Forgetting to take the pickles off, or onions, are acceptable mistakes. Hell even forgetting to give someone fries is understandable… But forgetting the patty.. on not one but TWO burgers… like the fundamental thing that makes a burger a burger…. Is completely unacceptable. This was either done intentionally. Or by someone who is so severely incompetent they’re dangerous
