Polite and quick. Every time I've gone it's been superb service with a pretty good hamburger. I'm basic and get a western burger every time; they make it 4/5. It's a bit pricey, I miss $5 westerns. The overall state of this particular store is just above a failing grade. I often eat here out of necessity, yet every time I go I am not sure what kind of service I will get. On some days, the staff is amazing, and the food is great. Lettuce wrapped burgers can often throw off a crew, but they can push out some amazing results. On other days, they blatantly steal from me by giving me cheaper food when I pay for the more expensive items, then have the nerve to say that I had ordered what they gave me over the phone. I am tempted to drive down and get the food corrected, but I am not in the mood and don't want to blow up over something as ridiculous as an overpriced McDonald's burger. While I may have recommended them earlier, I cannot say that I am satisfied with my service. The only saving grace might be the app, which I will try to use from now on, but if I have to order through my phone to get the food right then there is something seriously wrong with this location.
