Normally I like this location. Tonight two problems: 1)I asked for light barbecue sauce, but instead they put triple barbecue sauce, soaking both buns in it. I had to throw one bun away and scrape sauce off the chicken and lettuce with two napkins. 2)The vanilla milkshake was REALLY THIN with a lot of milk and tasted more like milk than vanilla. I tried calling there four times over a 2-hour period to report this to the manager but the phone keeps ringing and then hangs up. So I left this review instead. Food: 2 Service: 3
