They are the king of nickle-and-dime in the fast food industry. I've ignored it until now, but when I was overcharged for a buy one, get one for a dollar and questioned why - I was told its not automatic - you have to ask for it. I'm done - that drew the line. Pleasant fast food meal. I had 2 chickem wraps and fries, my hubby had a combo meal of steak burrito, rice, beans, chips and pico de gallo. We were both pleased with our choices.
