WARNING!!!!! I just left from Drive-thru Sunday 1/28/24 after picking up a combo for my lady! Got home and she said the soda tasted off, I figured maybe CO2 calibration . She took one bite of her sandwich and spit it out immediately stating it tasted off. I bagged up the food and shake to return. I spoke with the manager Abraham who said he understood and would refund me cash not back on my card. As he and I were talking the young man and lady at the drive thru are laughing and she is peeking at me from around the corner! This only further confirms my suspicion that our food was tampered with. Do not go here because the mess with your food!! Thank you for the refund but that wasn’t the point!! You have lost my trust!!! Food: 1 Service: 1

We enjoy Carl's Jr., but Kimberly has the worst customer service at this location. There were us among 3 other customers standing in line for 3-5 minutes without even a greeting from her. She walked back and forth twice to get drinks from the fridge and didn't even acknowledge any of us. We understand you "might" be busy, but you can at least let us know you'll be right with us.
