This is my go to for Carl’s Jr burgers. I always get a consistently well made burger and fresh fries. The staff is always friendly and even when staffing is low, the food and service do not suffer. The store itself is always clean and even the kitchen looks clean and well kept (meaning I don’t feel like I’m risking food poisoning from a restaurant). There was an in app promo and it wasn’t working. I inquired and Dwayne R was very kind and just asked us to log into the app and show our attempt. He honored the promo, which was awesome! Dwayne was a genuine, kind guy. The manager on duty also helped with our food and was super nice. Listening to the crew working as we were eating was very refreshing. They were very amicable with one another and there was friendly conversation and laughter. They’re doing something right at this establishment! I've been to this location a couple times and it's always been good. Last time was on free burger day and they were organized and quick. This is now my go-to Carl's Jr. location. The guy who's at the counter late afternoons has the best customer service too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The manager at this store is great! I’m new to the app, and he was so helpful, patient, and kind. He was also so friendly and smiley! He made my visit so pleasant! I definitely recommend this Carl’s Jr. This was the breakfast manager, by the way. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Loud traffic noises were preventing me from hearing much but the server at the machine and window was very patient and polite. Very professional. Food at this location is accurate and well made. Only complaint is they are hard to access due to the freeway entrance but it's not their fault so I didn't reduce stars for it. I'm only giving this a one because it won't let me give it a zero. The went through the drive through literally not even 30 minutes ago ordered two large California comb Burgers and got the value sized burgers that had been sitting out all day they're soggy and cold and not even edible and we called the store to see if there was anything they could do possibly even give us the burgers we should have gotten in the 1st place considering these are the value size and "Jasmine who says she was the shift lead at the time " hung up on us I absolutely do not recommend you go.

We get the Beyond Burger from Carl’s Jr and we’re glad they’ve kept it on the menu so long! This location was clean, the food was fresh, and the playground was large and clean. Paloma helped us out and she was amazing! 🤩 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I was very happy with my last few visits here. The food was great. The staff were very nice. The dining room was clean. I am not sure you could ask for more. Keep up the great work!
