Frustrating. I pay extra for heavy cream but they only add the tiniest drop to my coffee. When I ask for more they add a tiny dribble more. Every time. I don’t have this issue at any other location. Even after handing back my coffee and asking for more cream (which I am paying extra for) this morning I had to stop at a gas station to get enough cream to make my coffee taste like a normal coffee with cream. The people that work there on the evening are amazing. I feel very welcome every time I come. I love coming over to read my books or work on my online business. This is a good Caribou! They are open until 9 PM, and they usually have decaf cold press on hand (needed for any decaf or half-caff hot crafted press drinks).
