First and last time coming to this establishment. Coffee was fine, but the barista we had was rude, and short with my family. Don’t know if it was a bad day for her or if she just doesn’t care about her job but it was extremely disappointing. Do better!

The Barista Working yesterday, (didn’t unfortunately catch her name) Sunday April 2nd, was an amazing shining example of your business. She went above and beyond and even treated my Daughter for her Birthday. She’s a Gem, and I hope she continues on working for you! The coffee is great! Costumer service is awful. Employees were very rude. I said Thank you very politely, and the employee glared at me and walked away. I got multiple dirty looks as i was waiting. Other than the bad costumer service I love the coffee.

Unfortunately they were out of sandwiches when we stopped there, except plant ones which we chose to skip. But we've been to other locations an the lumberjack is by far the best breakfast sandwich I've ever tasted .
